Custom LED trackball colors / Custom LWP – Nexus one
Thanks to @ChainsDD and “@ChrisSoyars for these cool modifications. As you can see, you can now customize the LED color of the trackball for notications, as well as change the look of one of the coolest stock live wallpapers on the market. Awesome new modification to the Nexus One
BIG thanks to @OptedOblivion and @ChrisSoyars for this awesome new modification to the Nexus One. Im now able to rotate in either direction (soon even upside down!) in any application that uses the accelerometer for orientation. Follow those guys on twitter for updates on this and future projects, they are seriously bring a lot of game changing modifications to the table right now, be in the loop.
2ghz Kernel on the Nexus one is going to be attempted, money is on the line.

@Wootroot and @TheDudesAndroid have a bet going on. @Kmobs is attempting to make a 2ghz kernel for @WootRoots Nexus One.
@WootRoot has bet @TheDudesAndroid that if the phone boots with the kernel, that he will be able to send out a tweet and play a song for 10 seconds.
If @WootRoot manages to get the tweet out, but not the song. @WootRoot wins $50 from @TheDudesAndroid . If @WootRoot gets the tweet out AND plays the song, @WootRoot not only gets $50, but @TheDudesAndroid also has to change his twitter name to @PwndByWootRoot for the next 6 months. If @WootRoot fails to send out the tweet, @WootRoot owes @TheDudesAndroid $50.

The true meaning of the Nexus One (VIDEO)
People often debate as to why Google names the phone the “Nexus One”. After watching this video, I have to say i’d have to agree with her.

Outstanding standby time on a Nexus One
Before going to sleep last night I was using Twicca and browsing the web for about 45 minutes (off the charger) and then I decided that I would leave it off of the charger through the night and see how well it did with all of the data I have running in the background. I woke up this morning to see some pretty nice statistics, hopefully this answers some of the questions some of you had about battery life. (Sorry for focus issues, sometimes this camera wants to do its own thing)
